Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand delivery
Standard delivery is free when the goods total is at least $90 after any discount. Below that threshold, delivery costs $25. Express delivery is available for $25, including on orders above the free-delivery threshold.
Timing and tracking
The source delivery estimate is up to 7 working days in transit, after dispatch within 2 working days. These are estimates. Express is a paid option; no separate guaranteed arrival date is supplied. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Australian destinations
The original shipping policy also lists Australia with an estimate of up to 7 working days after dispatch plus handling. The checkout country selector retains the destinations enabled on the source store. Prices and delivery fees stay in NZD: standard $25 below $90 after discount, free standard from $90, or express $25. For destinations outside New Zealand and Australia, ask our team for a delivery estimate before ordering.
