New Zealand delivery
Standard delivery is free when the goods total is at least NZ$90 after any discount. Below that threshold, delivery costs NZ$25. Express delivery is available for NZ$25, including on orders above the free-delivery threshold.
Timing and tracking
The source delivery estimate is 5 to 7 days, plus 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing. These are estimates. Express is a paid option; no separate guaranteed arrival date is supplied. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Australian destinations
The original shipping policy also lists Australia with a 5 to 7 day estimate plus handling. The checkout country selector retains the destinations enabled on the source store. Prices and delivery fees stay in NZD: standard NZ$25 below NZ$90 after discount, free standard from NZ$90, or express NZ$25. For destinations outside New Zealand and Australia, ask our team for a delivery estimate before ordering.
