Information you provide

When you contact us or place an order, we use the contact details, delivery details, order information and messages you provide to answer you, process the order and arrange fulfilment. Do not send full payment-card details by email or chat.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal when checkout is available. Payment details are handled by the selected provider. Order, hosting, email and fulfilment services receive the information needed to perform their role. Our international administration and service providers may process information outside New Zealand.

Browser storage and analytics

The cart uses local browser storage to retain product choices. Optional analytics loads after consent. You can change your consent with Cookie Settings in the footer. Support chat may load a third-party service. Read the Cookie Policy.

Access, correction and retention

Contact us to ask about access to or correction of your information. We retain order records needed for fulfilment, customer support and applicable record-keeping obligations. We consider deletion requests subject to those obligations. Applicable rights under the Privacy Act 2020 remain available.
