How is the shop organised?

By what a product is for: learning, playpens, safety, toys and games, accessories, and a section chosen with mum in mind. A product can appear in more than one, exactly as it did on the old store.

How many products are there?

Twenty products across twenty-five buyable options, once colours and pack sizes are counted.

Which products come in more than one option?

The newborn silk mittens in blue or pink, the children's electric toothbrush in pink or white, the silicone baby plate in beige, pink or purple, and the play tent as a single kit or a two-pack.

Are the prices on the shop page the prices I pay?

Yes. What is shown is what the checkout charges, in New Zealand dollars, in NZD.

What does the Sale badge mean?

That the product's current price is below its usual price. Both figures are the store's own and are shown together.

How much is delivery?

Free across New Zealand on orders from NZ$90, otherwise NZ$25. Orders arrive in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

Can I see everything in one place?

Yes, this page lists every product the shop sells, grouped by section.

What happens after I order?

You get an order confirmation by email, then a dispatch email with a tracking number 24 to 48 hours later.
